How do I sign up for a free membership trial?

Create an account by navigating to the sign-up page. Enter your email and password.

Verify your email by entering the verification code sent to your inbox. If you don’t see the code, check your spam or junk folder.

After verification, go to the Pricing page. Click Start Free Trial.

Enter your payment information on our secure server to complete the trial membership sign-up.

You’ll see a confirmation message: “Thanks for your payment!”  Click Open page and you will the quick start page so you can get started on the LevelUp Artic website app.

Will I be charged at the end of the trial?

Yes - if you decide to keep your membership, your card will be charged automatically at the end of the 14-day trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.

How can I cancel my membership trial?

You can cancel anytime before your trial ends. Just click the My Account button, select My Membership from the dropdown menu, and you’ll be taken to your membership page.

Scroll to the bottom of the section and click Cancel Membership. This will prevent any charges from being applied.

Will I be reminded before the membership trial ends?

Yes, we’ll send you several email reminders before your trial expires so you can decide whether to continue or cancel your membership.

Yes! You can cancel your membership at any time, directly from the My membership tab once you’ve logged in to your account.  You’ll still have access through the end of your current billing period.
